My entire body was completely covered with a consuming rash. My skin was oozing with pus and blood, my eyes were swollen shut, my mouth was covered with sores, my ears were oozing yellow matter. It was painful, burning, itchy let alone unsightful. These specialists turned my life around on my very first visit. They knew immediately what to do and took charge. I am currently still being treated and monitored. So far I'm very happy with the results from these doctors and I highly recommend them. Their office is clean and the waiting time is very short. The bedside manner is super wonderful, the doctors treat you like you are their family member! Truly fabulous place!

The nurse that works with Dr. Tamesis is absolutely wonderful!! I had her on my last visits. She is fun and comforting. Dr. Tamesis explains why she feels something is necessary and will ask how you feel about it. With my mom's brother and my sister passing away from melanoma, I will do whatever they think is best. I explained to the billing department I was a student and not working. They would not help me out and I was forced to foot the entire bill on my own. About a month later they billed me again for the same amount. Talked to billing again and said disregard. Received another bill a month later for a different amount but less than 10 dollars that magically appeared on the bill. They said my insurance did not cover completely one visit and I had to pay. This place jerks you around and is a rip off. Stay away from this place unless you want to get magical charges on your bill that you have to pay or it will go to collections.

The quantity of the cream that I was prescribed was far too small to cover the affected areas of my body. I kept being told that "insurance won't let me prescribe you a larger one" and instead gave me another prescription to use when the first one ran out. I was told to pay more for another prescription instead of her writing that i need a larger quantity? makes no sense to me? Additionally, I had missed one appointment that I booked due to a medical situation. On the day of my next appointment I had moved it for later in the day because of another complication with my TBI, when it did not resolve I had canceled the second appointment. I had done all of this through zocdoc, the service they use for bookings. Apparently these two were also counted as no shows and they claim to not have any of them saved in their system as cancelations. Three hours before my appointment, when I had already found coverage for my job I was told I was "banned" from booking more appointments at this office and had mine cancelled for the day. I got a call back from Sarah who showed absolutely no sympathy for my situation and insisted I go to their other locations for appointments. While I understand that my one no show negatively impacted their business, that was out of my control, however the other two were cancelations and not my personal error. I also do not understand why I was barred from making appointments when i already had one?? I am a college student just trying to get by during finals week so this adds even more stress to my plate. Informing me that my appointment is canceled three hours before is completely unacceptable. I will no longer give this office or the schweiger dermatology group any of my business and I hope at least one other person who reads this does the same. (also fighting with one star reviews on google is actually insane and I have never seen that from medical "professionals..." these five star reviews have gotta be fake)

She assured me that in the 7 years that she has been performing these procedures, she has never had anyone have a problem with her various treatments! I went back to see her today (a month after the resurfacing since I was told that's the time it takes for the skin to heal) but Elena was not only unapologetic she wants me to pay her for fixing the dark marks on my skin. I should have read the disclaimer they had me sign. I just believed everything she said during and after the consultation. Today she told me that I'm the first person in 7 years who is not happy with the result. Sounds hard to believe! I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

They could've eyed that plasma spot (better parking, safer hood near BU), but system inertia won: Cheaper for them, shittier for you. What Now? ALL NURSES were professional and kind and often covered for him. He is aloof and wasn't around when an immediate course of action , a change in chemo / treatment was needed. My husband's course of action was delayed and it was disastrous as he needed immediate attention. If you can I would strongly suggest for you to see or switch to other drs. that are there. Or if able to go and what us best- Go To Syracuse or Rochester. We finally went to Sloane-Kettering in New York city and got the care he needed and then had to coordinate between the two centers. PLEASE GO TO A CANCER CENTER/ HOSPITAL THAT SPECIALIZES IN YOUR SPECIFIC CANCER. Broome is not. Coordination between all my husband's drs./tests at UHS was a nightmare. He had other health issues that he needed addressed as most cancer patients do. As they all have different patient portals and then to add Sloane -Kettering cancer center and their need to get his medical records. Requesting Dr. Harris notes when he didn't have any???? As always get a second opinion.
