I've had mild back pain for about 6 months but then over the past weekend I injured it to the point…read morethat I couldn't even move without excruciating pain. I went to my local urgent Care and they said I have a herniated disc, they gave me some mild pain medication and some stretches to try to help. I was given a recommendation to see a chiropractor if it doesn't get better, after 2 days the pain didn't go away at all so I said screw it I'm going to a chiropractor. Honestly I just picked Dr Geelan because he was close to my house and he had the most reviews on Facebook, but holy crap he has been my holy grail. In a 45 minute visit I was checked in by a very friendly receptionist, given a full consultation by the doctor, X-rays were taken and read, then he adjusted me and gave me a game plan of what to expect. he told me I don't have a herniated disc my vertebrae was just out of place and it was pushing on my sciatic nerve. he told me exactly what to expect and when it would happen and to come back the next day and he would adjust me again, I instantly could walk and get out of bed again without pain in my back. I still had the leg pain but he told me that it would take a while for that to go away because it was a nerve and it was working its way out, everything happened exactly how he said it would. For my adjustment the next day I felt even better and he had found three other vertebrae in my neck and shoulders that were out of place that I hadn't even felt pain on so I had no idea. My leg pain gradually traveled down to my foot until it was gone, which was exactly how he said it would happen. He talked with me about how stretches are a good way to prevent injury but they will not treat an injury to your vertebrae / ligaments / nerves, an adjustment does that . His recommendation was that I just take it easy and try to keep walking because that would be enough exercise to help loosen me back up. I'm going in for a regular adjustments now but I feel like a whole new person! I didn't even finish the pain medication that the urgent care had given me because I didn't need it anymore. Whether you have severe pain, or if you're just looking for someone to do occasional maintenance on your spine then I would highly recommend Dr Geelan's office!

From walking thru the door to filling out the paperwork and then being seen by Dr Bruce. I explained the situation, he listened and explained to me kind of what to expect. I wasn't in there more that 20 minutes tops. I was surprised with all the cracking sounds. Ugghhh. I was finally able to sleep that night. I didn't realize until I read the pamphlet that I probably would need a couple or more adjustments. I went to the Boyson Rd facility on Saturday for another adjustment. The scenario was the same there. Total professionalism. Outstanding. I read the negative comment regarding Dr. Bruce calling someone out for fraud and I applaud him and respect the company even more. We need more people standing up for whats right. Since my visits to My Chiro, I've told my co workers, family members and friends how great my experiences have gone. It would be great if regular healthcare could be as efficient and streamlined as My Chiro. Give them a try. I'm 100 percent certain the success I experienced isn't an isolated incident.

My gall bladder works fine now and I'm amazed at how much better the rest of my body feels. We also have 4 children and my kids love going to see him.
