We liked a certain hoodie but wanted a different "graphic" emblazoned across the front (one that read "Digby: World Famous Scallopsl"). No problem; we waited about 15 minutes while our helper did a neat heat transfer. The result was exactly what we wanted. And the shop can take any size hoodie or sweatshirt you desire and put any graphic you prefer on it. It's a neat thing for families.

It was beautiful (see photo). Later, he said he was not able to reach the recipients by phone to make the delivery. She gave them to me as I was the one who answered the door. I called Galbraith to ask what happened. Instead of an apology, the owner, she said she was, argued with me that they would never do that. Not till the end of the call did she say, what do you want me to do? I said don't argue and tell me what normally happens, just apologize that it did! At that point she gave a not sincere apology and I told her I would be reviewing this on FB and Yelp. She said go ahead so here I am.
