They leave the line standing there for a while until they bring orders upstairs and hand them to you. I understand if maybe this was necessary, I am just saying it feels a lot less quaint and personal, and more like you're being herded like cattle through a line where the ice cream is put together somewhere else. The old setup was much nicer and everyone I have talked to agrees. Their ice cream is still tasty, we love the sundae bar, and the homemade candy and chocolates are delectable.
