Upon walking into the warroad DQ there was a group of people near the soda machines, in front of…read morethe cashiers. We really didn't know if there was a line, where it was, who was still waiting to order. Typically we are asked if we would like to order right when walking into ANY DQ. When we asked the cashier if we were next to order she just shrugged. The cashier just stared at us until we asked the roughly 6 other people standing there if they had already ordered. They had all already ordered. We made a clear order of 2 double cheeseburger meals and 2 3 piece chicken strip baskets, all of which came with a small sundae. We told her we didn't want the sundaes until we left, typically we get a slip to get them on our way out. This DQ apparently did not provide said slip. So we asked if we could still have them AFTER our meal and she said that was fine. We gave her CLEAR orders of 4 different sundae flavors to go with our 4 different meals. When we got our meal we got one chicken strip basket and one double cheeseburger meal....for 4 people who had just clearly ordered 4 meals. They also brought out 2 sundaes before our meals even came out. We sent the sundaes back because we have little kids and I'm sure any parent knows how ice cream before a meal goes. We then had to wait for our other 2 meals while the 4 of us shared the 2 meals that had already come out. The cashier immediately said she messed up when we approached her about our missing meals. She was very clearly new and painfully shy because we seriously stood there for a solid 5 minutes while she just stared at the backs of the other co workers working by the ice cream machines, it appeared she was too shy to ask for help fixing the order. We reorder the other 2 meals, paid again, waited, share our existing 2 meals, get those last 2 orders and finished up. We went to get our sundaes and she again stared at the other co workers backs, too shy to ask them to make our sundaes. I should note, it was not busy. There was a group of about 6 people when we first arrived but they quickly got their food and left, otherwise there were 2 orders behind us after we sat down to wait. There were 2 small groups finishing up at the tables when we arrived. By the time we left it was just us and 2 other men.
