This Scooters is a drive up but we 'walked-up' instead. There were a few of us using our feet instead of gas. While there was no walk up window, they were very accommodating at the drive up window and indicated they get walk ups quite often. (I suspect all the hotels in the area help their business.) Coffee was hot. Staff was helpful and friendly. All good. read more

Went here while passing through town. Person inside the box of voices was incredible at answering every question and did well to accommodate our particular coffee needs. They had some cold brew too. Nifty. Very nifty. The woman who took our money was very patient when we looked for a penny. Service was speedy and the woman said have a great day. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I ordered two cappuccinos , so driving away I noticed that they had no flavor or sugar , so I called and asked them could I come and exchange my drink , the woman on the phone rude , not wanting to do her job said yes . I asked her should I throw out my drinks since I was across the street pumping gas or would she take it at the window , she said throw it away they cannot take back drinks , she would re make my drink . I pull up they are hiding in the back , then she proceeds to tell me after the 8 dollars I paid for my coffee , that I also have to pay $9 for flavor and sugar . I told her that was crazy to give me my drink how I had it prior then and she wouldn't give me a refund or the the drink she told me to throw away . So She called her rude manager(which was so unprofessional) and she didn't even ask for my story just came straight with an attitude . So They basically robbed me . 8$ for no coffee , refund or exchange . Worst business ever and even ruder employees. She has the long black hair and is bigger , built like a bufflo / they don't care about customer service and literally are the rudest business I've ever gone to. Was passing through while moving from Chicago to denver. Really clean (from what i can tell from my car) and the food is pretty tasty. For how cheap it was its pretty good. Definitely recommend their iced coffees and the everything bagel sandwich read more

The coffee is on point. However, any of the breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos are terrible. They are microwaved and cold in the center. Might as well buy gas station food to heat up yourself. Seriously, DO NOT get any food here. read more

We were driving cross country and stopped because it was near interstate. Ordered two dry cappuccinos. The barista used the same milk, and basically boiled it and poured directly into both cups. Picky, I know, but would have been better off getting a cup of coffee. read more
