The college search and application process is stressful and can be very confusing. Erin Goodnow was…read morethe perfect coach and advisor for our high school senior, especially in a Covid world where old patterns are upended. Erin is kind and compassionate and worked with our daughter to help her identify a solid list of schools. From there, she was a great guide - putting in place a system to keep our daughter on track with applications, essays, and all that is required to put a solid application together. As decisions come in, Erin has been a thoughtful sounding board - helping navigate choices, giving well-received advice, and sharing her own ideas. Bottom line - she is great. It was an investment that we would make again and recommend to others. We have a younger son, and I look forward to working with Erin when the time comes. The only thing I would do differently is reach out to her earlier....probably sometime in the junior year. Note - I am writing this as our daughter is in the midst of the process, and I think that is the right time to write this. The review is not meant to suggest that Erin is a guarantee to any school, or that is even what is best for a kid. Rather, she is a great counsellor through the process, helping her students self-identify the right fits, and there are many, through the process, a word I used a lot here. Maybe a kid writing a college essay would find a better synonym, but I already went to college (!) and it fits. It is a process - it takes time, patience, and trust. I am confident that Erin Goodnow and he team at Going Ivy are the right folks to walk the path with.

I did not have the time to research and wade through the books on business law that would have been required. The ACLC's helpful staff and test simulator of over 300 questions was a very time-efficient way to prepare for the ~70 question test. Note they do have other locations, and help many different trades-people pass both the business and the content examinations. I am also using their paperwork services to save time applying for my license. They have the business process down to a science. Thank you to the team at ACLC - I am a 'qualifying party' and will soon be a 'licensed contractor'!!

Chantelle and the girls were great also. They were always smiling, they explained the process perfectly.. everyone there is far above average in my opinion.. because of them, and the Arizona Contractor License Center, I passed two tests the first time out.. I tried one test before going to Arizona Contract License Center, and I failed *miserably*. They really helped me- thanks Dale, Chantelle, and crew!

The system is constantly glitching and not allowing me to proceed with registering. I have call more times than I can count to get someone to help me. I emailed and the email said call back. I called back and they just keep telling me to register. No one listens and it's very disheartening. I was also transferred before I could get a full sentence out before. Due to this being the only way I can test for an exam, I may have to completely let go of the idea until things change, or simply move on with my life. Again, this is about the company over all. Sickening.

Specifically Rose, who made me cry before my NBCOT 4 hour exam. She was not going to let me test due to her misinterpretation on the ID requirements. Resulting in an unnecessary work up and stress before my exam. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Best of luck to all future exam takers.
