Instead, another employee came out and refused the sale without any clear explanation.  I understand stores have policies, which I appreciate and understand from a business owners mindset. But the lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing, and not the customer service experience you should receive whatsoever.  An actual explanation- (I don't want to know or hear that your business has been selling to underage kids) or having the manager actually come out would have made a big difference. Will not be returning simply because the customer service experience and communication was handled HORRIBLY!!!

This would not be the place to go if you need to pick up a chilled bottle of something on the fly, because chances are they won't have it chilling. A first I thought he was right so I even apologized to him but even after that the owner was very rude, obnoxious, and condescending as he thought I was trying to put one over on him.
