Heavy weights (not mine of course, those 12 pounds were always in the same place when I got back), old school and new school equipment. Staff is awesome. They seem like they have some good advice, but it's all really just BS, unless you are a super hardcore weight lifter. (For example: "Women should be eating 110g of protein a day." Yeah right!) The classes are packed, but I was able to get in for the most part. The trainers are hit-or-miss (I liked Melinda and Melissa). If you're debating whether or not to buy the groupon, I suggest you do it. But, remember, when it comes to the sales pitch- "Just say no!"

I'm sorry, but it is not acceptable to ask people to SHARE a Step for cardio activity. Especially when there are lots of bigger people there (myself included). Have you ever seen two people share a step that is 2 feet long to do major cardio activity? It's not pretty and makes it hard to focus on your workout if you are sharing. It's way too hot, and they try so hard to sell things that are necessary. If they would stop the sales pitch, get two aerobic rooms (or make the room bigger) the workout would have gotten 4 stars. I was sweaty, sore the next day, and full of happy workout endorphins, but bitter about sitting through a 2 hour sales pitch, and the constant "buy a shake, buy this pill, buy this protein bread" pushing. Way overpriced if you don't have a Groupon. If you get the Groupon rate and are not claustrophobic, give it a try. Side note: Jennifer's QVR class was great. She was sweet, firm, motivating, and seemed like she actually had a fitness background and could give alternative moves for those with injuries, and she closely watched people's forms.

I loved her amazing attitude and her dance classes so much I had to have more! I started coming here to the studio about a month ago. First off - if you are thinking about trying the studio out, you can - unlimited classes - for a week FOR FREE. Rates are incredibly reasonable and they even have hip hop for kids! So, even though Pam lured me to the studio i've gotten totally hooked on all the other instructors classes! There are so many types to choose from and they are all amazing! I especially 'love' Core RX on Sunday morning. I mean, I totally want to die the whole time, praying for it to be over but once it is....it feels so good! I love the community feeling and support from everyone - and I think my butt is starting to look pretty good! What more can you ask for, right?!

Given that I'm evaluating them on kids parties I need to also highlight that I feel the gym is very safe. I didn't have a feeling or concern of injury that comes with a trampoline park. They also have a private room that can be used for eating, cakes and presents.
