Today there were 7 people ahead of me in line with only 1 person working the line (another person would only accept business accounts). The teller himself was very nice (TD hires really nice people) but it took ages to get to him on a Wednesday afternoon.

Put her winter jacket on and told me she was heading out and didn't have time to deal with me. I explained my situation and then she put me on the phone with Cibc customer service (which I could have done at home but was told to go to a branch). She refused to even release $100 of my pay check and put me on the phone, then stormed back in and accused me of blocking her car in the parking lot (I don't even own a car). I was in tears. The person on the phone released my entire pay check in minutes after I waited nearly an hour to be told no one at the brands could help me. Rudest customer service I've received. I pay nearly $50 a month to be at this bank to be treated like crap. I own my own business, I freelance. Congratulations Melanie, you're a manager at CIBC. Let it be known by being a rude person to your lessor customers.

I would go in just for a lil bit of that sunshine each day if I was in the area more! They currently have a big bin to collect toys for Christmas...which is currently 100% empty, I will be stopping by again soon to drop off some toys and encourage anyone headin' out this way to do the same if you can spare it :) In terms of the services...gotta give this aspect more 3 stars vs. 4 or 5 stars I've given to other BMOs. What's odd here is they are less modernized than their smaller branch counterparts. Being a bigger branch, one would expect their modernization happen more quickly than the smaller branches, but this does not appear to be the case here. Slow machines, long lines, even at 9am today there was already a line of 5 ppl at the tellers and 3 at the machines. I just love that friendly security guard so that's why it still gets 4 stars from me.
