Tradition happens to be a preferred lender for builder I bought from. Scott was condescending towards me, comments on my fingernails. He explained he is using a better system to have a pre approval for me asap. Come to find out he breached my privacy telling builder I was not approved WITH OUT EVEN NOTFYING ME. He didn't not call and ask for anything extra, the underwriter could've needed or had questions, just flat no said to The builder, NOT MYSELF THE LENDER. Scott did however tell me he "loved my fingernails in different w2 attached" After reporting breach and SEXUAL nature comments with Tradition Mortage manager and also did receive response, Ive decided to post my experience to help people AVOID TRADITION MORTGAGE Manager explained he would call me back and never heard a thing.
