Trying to get myself reinsured in a timely manner and navigate through other issues this brought on from my credit union I get my car loan through was a nightmare with the complete lack of communication and awful customer service I was met with. There were several instances I would call for the manager Laura and being told I would get a call back, never receiving a call back, calling again for her and being told she was unavailable or left early. When I expressed frustration in not being able to get ahold of her and needing to sort out this issue I was told by the person on the phone "they had limited involvement and limited access" and were unable to help me. I decided to send Laura a detailed email to express my frustration and make sure she had all of the information before I called once again so I did not have to go around in circles explaining myself once again. Her response was extremely argumentative and not helpful whatsoever. Essentially blaming me for the process of me getting reinsured taking so long even though I provided multiple screenshots of me calling the office, getting a name of every single person I spoke with and even following up with her via email to let her know I had been calling. The icing on the cake was her lying about the dates of her *allegedly* trying to call me. And in her own words " I did return your call the next day but was unable to get ahold of you." Even though the day she is alleging she called and was unable to reach me was thanksgiving. Had she decided to actually call me that morning I would have been available too. I will provide screenshots from this exchange in the photos. The first one is her email to me and the second is my response. When I finally spoke to Ted Ferry I was met with empathy and compassion and received a prompt call back for the first time since this ordeal started in November but unfortunately my problem was unable to be fixed due to me being uninsured for a period of time and not being able to backdate my coverage causing me to be stuck with a $150 fee from my credit union in addition to my car payment and insurance. It would have been nice if the office offered to cover the fee or do something of some sort to make things right since I have been with State Farm 7+ years. Oh well. Life goes on. If you never have a hiccup or any reason to be in contact with your car insurance this office is perfect for you. If for any reason you would need to be in contact with someone from this office for support or assistance in working out a problem, needing to reach the manager, needing a call back, wanting decent customer service, wanting a prompt response or just any empathy, compassion I would suggest to go elsewhere.
