I made the appointment for 9:00 Saturday I was at the office he went to my house. I waited he finally showed up at the office and was extremely upset evidently he tore the sleeve of his jacket on my rose bush. He came to my car window shouted who are you! I said I'm your 9:00 I stated my name. He yelled well the first thing an inspector is going to say is for you to cut back your rose bushes. I stated well that's crazy and then all hell broke loose. This man lost it it only got worse from there. He proceeded to tell me I don't take any s*** from anybody and for me to find another insurance broker. I backed the car out and left. I do not recommend this person as you can see by the photos there's one little Branch sticking out of my arbor. Nobody would put up with him and the way he treats potential clients.

It's also important to support local businesses and praise them whenever possible. My first experience with an agent in Bisbee was not a good one. I was determined to do my research and try my best to have a better interaction and to feel confident in the services provided. I had found out the hard way during an emergency, that it's not the best time to find out your insurance failed you. I felt a very warm and personal connection with everyone in the Everhart office and felt they were very experienced in suggesting the best options. Even a new employee Jessie, who was still learning, was able to take good care of me and had good training tips from the owner John. Even John's wife when arriving back in the office, made a point to check in with me to see if she could do anything. I not only found a good and affordable product thanks to all their assistance, and I made new friends in a town I'm still getting to know. As it turned out, I needed them sooner than expected on a couple of occasions and they were very generous with their time and efficient in helping me thru my emergency.
