Eugene assured us he had experience doing that kind of work & sent photos to verify. On the date agreed, I specifically said I wanted the grout color to be the same as the tile (medium grey) or darker. He said he understood but never did show us a color palette to choose from. He completed the work in a reasonable time but the color of the grout was white when he finished. When I questioned that, he said it would darken to match the tile color over the next 8 hours. It did not. I was paid in full which was my mistake to not wait to verify the color would change. I asked him to return and do the job as we had agreed & he said he would then failed to return texts. I would NOT recommend this business and have filed a complaint with Yelp.

We had a project of repairing a couple of hand rails and replacing the hinges and screws on the front door.. Always hard to pay for stuff you think you can do yourself but that said the handyman showed up on time and ready to go.. left a vm the night before, etc.. they have "packages" and it was cheaper for us to purchase a half day package. We did, and ended up adding a few hours to it and the work we needed done was done well. I am a bit of a pain in the ass as a client but I will always say either way if it was from my point of view great or not great service... and for ACE Handyman Services they did a GREAT JOB! Replacing our back steps…read more The wooden steps that came with our house when we bought it were marginal at best and that was nearly 25 years ago. We had a rickety rail on one side that was removed when we had the sliding glass back door replaced. I've included the before pictures of what we had. Scary, aren't they? In less than two days, Francisco removed the old ones and replaced them with new steps with solid heavy-duty railings. The new steps, with their shorter risers, are much safer and easier for the less steady among us. One of the most gratifying things was how well Francisco listened when we explained what we needed an turned it into a reality. Husband said that the steps were exactly what he was thinking. Our new steps are solid, well-built, and really very nice. Thank you, Coho Contracting and Francisco!!!!
