Every question felt accusatory, every explanation vague, and the final price felt like a joke that I wasn't in on. When I told them I'd be switching companies (because, obviously), they decided professionalism was optional and emailed me directly with a petty "Good luck" and other passive-aggressive remarks. Not "sorry to see you go," not "let us know if we can help," just straight-up middle school energy. If you enjoy being overcharged, subtly insulted, and then dismissed with attitude for daring to take your business elsewhere this is the company for you!
