He pretty much wasn't willing to do that part of the work. The one larger more detailed item he was more interested in doing as long as it was visible to others (correctly in his opinion). When I showed him where I wanted it on my arm again near heart attack as I have an old scar and his response was "That scar is unfortunate". Lastly when I asked for a ballpark price for 4 sets of plain initials and a small crest all just black he said 3-4 hours and $500-$600. I had everything printed to scale no artwork required on his part. It would not have taken more than an hour. I suggest you run from this place.
