    New 2023 pathfinder platinum!

    They were soooo awesome to deal with. The sales manager made sure I wasn't leaving without being totally satisfied on the car I was purchasing, and worked hard to get to the payment I wanted! Gave us a great trade in price on our car! The staff was all very friendly! It was quick and easy! Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the car and showed us how to work everything! It's the way car buying should be!!

This was going to be my final Z, and I wanted it done right. No hesitation, I chose Z1 to install their Level 2 Performance Package. From the start, I connected with Cason, who was incredibly patient and professional. We went back and forth over emails and phone calls, and he kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring. This is exactly what you hope for when entrusting your dream car to someone. Flying into Atlanta to pick up the Z was a moment I'll never forget. Meeting Cason in person and touring the Z1 facility with my son was jaw-dropping. The entire team was welcoming, and the energy in the shop was electric. Cason generously walked us through the space, and Jon took the time to explain how everything worked on my Z a masterclass in performance and passion. The whole experience? If I can give 100 I would. Five stars, hands down. Z1 Motorsports didn't just upgrade my car, they elevated the entire journey. I'm beyond grateful to Cason and the team for their professionalism, warmth, and dedication.     I pulled into the dealership and parked on the west side of the building and walked into the lobby…read moreto ask where the service department was located as I had never gotten service there before. The man at the desk pointed and said "Down the hall." There was no greeting or anything. I walked to the service window and told the man where I parked. He handed my keys back and said "How about pull your car to this side of the building and I'll start your paperwork." Not a big deal but kinda lazy and poor customer service. After I complied, I walked back in and attempted to check in again. He asked if I had purchased the car there and I said no. He then asked if I had ever had any service there and I said no. He exhaled heavily and said ok let's put you in the system as if it was quite the task. The reason I gave 2 stars is because I didn't have to wait but 45 mins and I wasn't asked for additional services which was awesome. During the wait I received 2 text messages that I didn't authorize about trading in my car and telling me they are working on my vehicle. All ok up to this point...I had a coupon for a $29.99 synthetic oil change up to 5 quarts. The total came to over $83. I told the cashier about the issue and she said she could not make changes and sent me back to the service window. He asked to see the coupon and I showed him and he said ok great so you owe for the oil change and one additional quart of oil. I anticipated shenanigans because of the low customer service rating at this dealership. I googled the amount of oil required for my vehicle's oil change ahead of time and it was 4.8 quarts. I told him this and he said, "oh it's not the turbo?" I said no. I then asked if they put 6 quarts in and he said no they go on a metric which makes no sense. Basically...they were attempting to charge me more than the coupon, an additional quart of oil that I didn't receive, and I paid in cash or I would have had to pay a 3% fee for using a credit card as well. The waiting area was dirty, ripped chairs, bad smells, ceiling tiles hanging from the ceiling, and disgusting walls. It was worth the visit to save $50 but be prepared. You can see the arbitrary math and discounts in the invoice posted in the review. I blocked out mine and their information as to not get anyone in trouble.

    Would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Months after purchase I am still having customer service…read moreissues with them (including plates and registration). Drive anywhere else and avoid this place.
