I highly recommend this business! They are honest, straightforward and communicate well. Most recently, I brought my Honda in for a tune up and They did a fantastic job ensuring my car was cared for and were very timely with contacting me. I asked them to also check out my car to see if any additional items needed attention, while they completed the tune up. They could have easily "created" reasons to try and up-sale unneeded things, because my car has 318K miles on it- but they didn't. They were very straightforward and honest. Trey was my service tech and he explained what would be inspected during the tune up, contacted me when it was ready for pick up. About a week after I picked my car up, the company reached out again to make sure everything was working correctly. This company's communication is spot on! Other places I have used promise to call, but never do. This place is great! I originally brought my car in a few years ago because I was leaking radiator fluid and my previous shop could not locate the cause of the leak. This was not the way we thought it would, you look at anyone with the name Napa name would be more on their game. The truck is a company truck, and it's not moved much and it's old, but we took it to them about a power steering leak, 3 times for the same reason and it still has a leak, I can't make this up just really disappointed because we have to find a shop to look at it again for the same issue. I can not deny the fact they do good work. Been taking my cars there for about 2 years. The work is very reliable and the workers are kind. Although my complaint is the owner. He can be rude at times and he says side comments that I think are very rude. For example I recommend a friend to have some work done on his truck. We went to pick up his truck today which he paid over $1000 in repairs with no problem. We are making small talk with the employee checking us out. The owner comes over and asks the employee "could you ask your homeboys to move their truck so we can do some actual mechanic work around here." HOMEBOYS!!! I'm a paying customer, not anyone's homeboy! I have no issues moving my vehicle if it's in the way, that's an easy and simple task. And if you asked me I would have simply done so. But to not even acknowledge me and talk as if I'm not even standing right in front of you appalled me. We have to do better. It's 2022, a new year. I've brought 4 different cars here. One AC charge. That went fine, one heater hose, that went fine. One brake fluid leak. They changed both front lines and it still leaked. I pulled the wheel off and had to replace a seal that should have been changed when they did the work. I also brought a short 2x4 back to them that was stuck into my suspension and was making noise. And the last project was the air ride on my Lincoln. They completely screwed this up. The service writer accused me of not wanting to pay to troubleshoot the problem which I would have gladly paid for. Now I had to pay these incompetent hacks for work I have to redo in my driveway. I noticed the owner of this shop had contacted yelp to have comments removed. His shop earned those comments. Its the money the customers pay you is what you haven't earned. read more

To begin, these people charge you high end prices for cheap parts. I have taken 2 vehicles here for brakes and they still left squeaking, (isn't that problem supposed to be resolved once you've paid for new parts?) I called them and told them my complaint, they checked into it and they told me it was because they were new and it would eventually stop. 5 months later, I'm still waiting in eventually! read more

I took my 06 Jaguar XK8 to have two tires mounted and balanced, then wheel alignment. The wheel balance and alignment were very good, BUT I checked the tire pressure the next day and all four wheels were at 40 psi, not the 32/34 they should have been. I then checked that the front wheel nuts were properly tightened and found that they were all over 100 lb-ft, not the 65-75 spec. When I took the car in one of the new tires was in the back seat, and I now discovered the seatback latch broken and the electric seatback adjustment not working. It's going to take a lot of work and probably money to repair the damage as the seat will have to be removed and dis-assembled to effect the repairs. RJ read more

I submitted a online request for a price quote for brakes and rotor replacement and I also scheduled appointment( I've used them before several times) I called the next day as no one responded to my email(7 days later I still haven't received a response) I was RUDELY told by person that answered the phone that "they don't schedule appointments-even though website allowed me to) I then inquired about a price for rear brakes, the rude gentleman that answered the phone stated "normally they run about 184.00) he NEVER inquired as to what type of car I needed brake job on (I drive a Volvo and brakes and rotors need to be replaced at the same time) I called their competition(Wrens Auto) who eagerly assisted me with a price quote and did a great job with repairing of my brakes! I took my Cobra here for a brake installation (Upgraded pads and lines) as well as some miscellaneous drive train work/maintenance and the work was performed fairly quickly and at competitive rates. Now that I think about it, this was possibly the only place that didn't damage my car in some way while working on it. I mainly interacted with Brett and he's a nice guy and the place has an overall friendly atmosphere. So I have a 93 dodge shadow pos and I know it's a pos. It started with it over heating and being towed to Douglas auto care because I am aaa member. They fixed busted hose but did not bother with actual problems that caused it. Right after it started idealing high so I took it back. Coast me $345 $300 in labor. Now the damn thing stalls out if I don't press the gas. Not sure if they actually know how to fix cars. This will be the last time I come here. And the guy with the full beard is an ass hole because I'm pissed that they fucked up my car more then when I brought it in the first time. This is a terrible place to bring your car too. I had an oil leak. They tried to fix it at least on two occasions for a total $800. They fixed the leaks but messed up my engine. I went to the delearship and had around $2,600 dollars worth of repairs done to fix their error. Don't go to this place unless you only need a battery or a light changed. read more

I took my Toyota Camry there for failure to start. They replaced the starter( they said), charged me 400 bucks but it still did not fix the problem. After several attempts to have them fix it theysaid they said nothing is wrong with my car. I should have taken them to a small claims court to get my money back because I took my car to Toyota in Lithia Springs and they fixed it right for 180.00 by fixing the ignition switch. Did I learn from this no. I had brought in a Grand Am that cranked but did not start. After charging me 700.00 bucks they did not fix the problem but also refused to give back any money. So I went to GM and it was a swich above the automatic transmission. If you don't want to be taken then don't go there. Oil changes and minor stuff is okay otherwise don't use them for repair. Resently I had a problem with my SUV that I just could not figure out. I used analizing equipment that showed no faults, and changed every part I could think of. Finally, I concluded I needed professional help. I searched the web and came across this particular NAPA AutoCare Center. I then brought my SUV to their facility and noticed lots of cars on the lot, and lots of cars in the maintenance bays, therefore I figured my vehicle would be there for a while before being looked at. I explained to the technician the problem I was having and that my analizer was not showing any trouble codes. In a manner of hours after leaving my vehicle at their facility, I received a phone call explaining to me that they had found the bad component and how much it would cost to replace it. The price of repair was very far better than I could have received at the dealership, and they showed me the removed bad component. From this point on, all my automotive repairs will be done by this outfit. read more
