Each time I decided I wanted to sell Loree was there...pulling comps and giving me numbers. She did this several times for me even though the market hadn't improved. She never pushed or made me feel as if I was wasting her time. In fact, I contacted her several times over the years with questions about improvements and what would and wouldn't increase value and/or appeal to buyers when the time would come.
