The process server also tried to blame me, claiming he had asked whether the attempt would be invalid -- something that makes no sense, since it is his job to know the legal requirements for valid service. I never received the service I paid for, and communication stopped as soon as I asked for the remaining attempts. I cannot recommend this company.

My attorney and I hired this company (specifically Jason Barrette) as a process server over a month ago. Not only has the company failed to complete the service, they are refusing all communication with both me and my attorney. I tried--to no avail--one last time to contact Jason this morning via his business numbers and mobile number to give him an opportunity to either explain the delay or inform me that he is unable to complete the requested service. His unwillingness to complete the requested service and/or provide us a professional courtesy will result in no more than this public review. I highly recommend you save time by avoiding this company at all cost.
