Dedicated and Knowledgeable Real Estate Attorney Working with Scott on my sale and home purchase was a great experience, even though the process took longer than we all would have liked. There were a few unexpected bumps along the way, but Scott and his assistant Stacey handled everything with patience, true professionalism, and expertise. Scott took the time to explain every step, kept us informed throughout the delays, and worked diligently to resolve any issues that arose. Despite the challenges, he ensured that every document was in order and that my best interests were always the priority. This is by far the WORSE real estate attorney possible. I have bought and sold eleven houses from NJ to Florida and have never experienced such chaos as with Mr. Itzkowitz. He has no regard for buyer or seller and has changed closing dates six times without communication to the clients or the other attorney. Each time was either the day of the closing or the day before and none of the cancelled dates were never due to outside problems with a bank or lender. I NEVER post a negative review on social media, however, I feel in this case this man needs to step up as an attorney that show respect for his clients as well as realtors. read more

I would give no stars if I could. I agree with last review. Nice guy, but gets nothing done. Never got a straight answer on any questions we asked. Was just told lets see what happens. I've been out of my old house and in my new one for over a month and the water bills are still not paid by his office despite all parties trying to contact him to pay them. He never put our requests in writing to the other attorney and we were left with unsolved issues. He told me to take the old owner to small claims court for it. Never got my keys to the new house at the closing. The other party was not present to ask, but the other attorney somehow was mysteriously in the waiting room to sign and take the checks. Just a very bad experience and know better for the future. His personal life became our problems and no one cared about ours. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!!!! read more
