I retained the law firm of Griffin Alexander, PC to represent me when my condo board launched a…read morecomplaint against me alleging that the interior speakers within my condo unit violated the condo association's By-Laws. After retaining her firm, and before she represented me before an ADR proceeding, I began telling friends and colleagues of mine of my situation. Many of them had recommended attorneys that I should speak to, on their advice, but I held off, and this was a wise decision on my part. The first time I saw Ms. Alexander "in action" was before a Condo ADR mediator. It was then that I realized that I had made the right decision in retaining Ms. Alexander. First of all, and this is an understatement, suffice it to say that Ms. Alexander is extremely knowledgeable in the field of condominium association law. When she spoke at the ADR proceeding, her persuasiveness moved the Mediator. Ms. Alexander is not only knowledgeable in her field, but she possesses the power to persuade another in the interest of her client, which is not a trait all lawyers possess. This is all well and good, and is an expected trait of a good lawyer. But Ms. Alexander is much more than a good lawyer. Ms. Alexander is an exceptional "counselor," which can sometimes be missing in lawyers. She is so level-headed and smart that she is able to "counsel" in a manner that is remarkable. She was able to use the same skills that she has in advocating, to "counsel" me. And counseling is separate and distinct from "advocating." Ms. Alexander is an excellent attorney, and good attorneys are everywhere (I'm an attorney too.) But Ms. Alexander is much more than a good attorney. She is, in every sense of the word, a good counselor and a down-to-earth personable good person. I offer this unsolicited review on behalf of Ms. Alexander and Griffin Alexander, PC. I will gladly repeat these words in any forum, and you can call me at 212-240-9465 if you'd like to hear more. Michael J. Redenburg, Esq.

REALTORS STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY. She denied to represent my client because we did not agree…read moreto use her recommended title company which is based out of Livingston. Closing is in Morris Plains. We also requested if the title could come out to the Morris Plains office for closing which was also denied. And then she goes ahead and files a complain against me at NCJAR. I ALSO DISAGREE WITH YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW HERE BY YOU: 1. I have worked with more than 25+ attorneys and no attorney ever forced my clients like you did to use their title company. 2. If that title company as you are describing is so professionally capable then why they were not able to come to the Morris Plains office for closing? I have worked with tons of title companies and they are all flexible and send their closer as per clients convenient location. 3. RESPA ACT clearly states that buyer's have the right to choose their title company. Can you let us all know the exact law that has given you all attorneys the right to choose BUYER'S TITLE in a real estate transaction and then deny working if the buyer doesn't want to work with your title?????? 4. The Google review I left was exactly about my experience working with you. 5. And lastly in life I have never come across an attorney like you who denied to provide services to a buyer in a real estate transaction when not using her recommended title company who is not even ready to travel for a closing. Thank you! RATHER THAN FILING FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINTS AGAINST REALTORS TO NCJAR AND WASTING EVERYONES TIME invest that time to represent a client instead of denying them your services last minute!!!!! AND AN UPDATE ABOUT THE FRIVOLOUS COMPAINT FILED BY HER EVEN THE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE has discharged articles 6, 11, 12, 15 as frivolous and articles 2&13 I will update you all once the hearing is completed.
