Geico, the overall company, I am a little leary of. If you crash, It's called an accident, not an on purpose. So be sure to know exactly what you are signing up for and what your policy entails. Something like Car rental coverage is an option. Choose it or not, you're going to want that if you happen to have an accident, even if its not your fault. Geico will not cover car rentals without it... Stay away from the roadside assistance. 10-15 years ago I had it and when I was looking for different insurance, other places said I had a lot of driving "incidents" on my record. Found out these "incidents" were my roadside assistance calls like flat tire or locking my keys in the car. That was Geico the company, not this office. A clean driving record will get you a great rate here! I like that they don't punish the good driver's. As with any accident, your rates will go up. Also Other insurance companies bundle the good and bad driver's of an area to determine rates and come up with an average so you pay more because your neighbor is a bad driver lol. They also offer other types of insurance Like home and renters insurance. They also give bundle discounts! Even after you sign up, get the app, read over your policy and make adjustments as needed. Sometimes they offer so many options that it can be overwhelming. Whether you like the company or not, this office is great! Let them help your fight for amazing low rates and all of your insurance needs!

There is an Office, only 1 in Westchester, and got Amara, young Agent to tell me how much my policy would be comparing it to my previous Insurance. The most obvious difference was between Renters Insurance. She spoke very fast, had objections to all my questions as I cant compare Apples and Oranges. Before I knew it, I was paying the Full Year of both Renters and Auto. Saving $200 which I thought may have bern worth the switch. Not so fast..I couldnt get their Mobile App to work, did not get confirmation of how much I paid, finding that there are different departments based on what you needed, I decided to call Amara for help. Left 2 messages with no call back. I then called Customer Service to answer some questions that came up, waited on the phone 40 min, got a gent, who put me on hold---forever. I then called my previous Insurance, they had not Cancelled me yet because Amara never sent the notice to me to forward on. That was actually lucky so I told them I wanted to come back.
