We have only been coming here for about two years. I actually use to bowl with him many years ago so I decided to become a patient of his along with my children. He and his staff are very friendly and professional but also provide a laid back atmosphere. I think this is important considering that most hate going to the Dentist. Most recently, my 8-year old had to get braces on his top teeth. He was a nervous wreck but again he and his staff calmed his fears and the experience was a good one for my little one. They are very gentle with the kids so much so that they looked forward to going for their cleanings. This is HUGE as we don't have to "pull teeth" to get them to go to the dentist. Im a funny guy ain't ?! Luckily, I have decent dental coverage but I must say that the fifth star eludes them because the pricing on their services are a little higher than others. Other than this, I highly recommend Dr. Ragozine.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Moses to be pro-active about treating molars on the bottom right…read moreside of my mouth. They had really big fillings in them and would eventually need to have work done on them. I did not want to have to go through having really bad toothaches, so, I scheduled an appointment to have them be taken care of. He had done a root canal on the opposite side of my mouth a couple of years prior. On the day of my appointment, he drilled my teeth for the better part of an hour. It wasn't until he was done and had mapped my teeth to make a crown that I realized that he was not going to do a root canal. He never discussed treatment with me. I assumed that since this situation was almost identical to the previous one, that the treatment on the right side would be the same. He was the doctor, so, I trusted him. (Mistake #1.) He finished the drilling, made a temporary crown and was done for that appointment. I paid the full bill that day (Mistake #2). Root canals cost well over 1000.00. My copay was almost 800.00. So then my pain began. Teeth that didn't hurt previously, now were very painful. I called his office after a few days because of the pain. When I went in to see him, I was assured that everything would be okay. When it was time to place the permanent crown, I was still complaining of being in a lot of pain. They told me that the permanent crown would solve the problem. I guess that in this office, once size fits all. It's not possible that your situation might be different than the general population. The permanent crown did not solve the problem. For four months I have endured tooth pain and severe tooth pain, jaw pain and severe jaw pain, and have taken several rounds of antibiotics. When I returned, again, after trying steroids and more amoxicillin with no improvement, he decided that I needed a root canal on #31. He said, "I'm going to send you to an endodontist for a root canal. The girls up front will give you all the information and book an appointment for you". He was out the door of the examining room and couldn't get away fast enough. I called the office manager to request a 50% refund to put towards the additional procedure. I told her that I was pissed. The answer was "absolutely not!" I know that Dr. Moses knows that he should have done a root canal to begin with. The endodontist, Dr. Benson, and his staff were wonderful and I learned a lot: I learned that I will never let a dentist do more than a filling I learned that even professionals don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes I learned that excessive drilling on a tooth can damage the pulp and roots and cause infection to start I learned that if saliva gets into a dental procedure, the bacteria can cause an infection....the doctor's responsibility I learned that an endodontist has 2 - 3 years more education than a regular dentist and they also serve an internship I have dealt with pain and infection for the entire summer. Dr. Moses has not taken responsibility for his part in this "drama". You can judge by what you have read.

More concerning to me was his lack of empathy when I began to cry during my follow-up visit. He did not warn me about the possibility of pain prior to removing the material that had been inserted into the cavities after the extractions. When I started crying, he simply left the room and it was his assistant/hygienist who came in to console me. Forgive my lack of technical knowledge but it might have a condition called dry socket (?). It remains the worst pain, and bedside manner, I've ever experienced in my life!

Outstanding oral surgeon!…read more Dr. Scheiber removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth in 1991, and just recently removed another tooth that had broken. I experienced almost NO pain either time. He's friendly and takes the time to explain anything about your procedure that you don't understand. Highest recommendation if you were to need any oral surgery.

I have seen Dr. Morvay for about 2 years now and each time was worse and worse and my last time was my absolute last time I will ever go there. He is UNPROFESSIONAL, degrades and makes his hygienists feel uncomfortable the entire time they're with him and I personally have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Someone needs to go in and remove this mans ability to control anything. He is irrational and everyone seems scared of him like they have to tip toe around him all day. Robin, the receptionist was extremely helpful with our questions for a dental issue needing done…read moresooner than later. My son is on a busy tight schedule with certain dental plan restrictions to work with. Robin went above and beyond to try to accommodate his situation. She even tried to work it out that he could get his x-rays started the same day we called, to get his teeth fixed faster. She was so courteous and understanding, that we like this place before even meeting them in person. We tried others that were closer, and they dismissed us within minutes even when we offered to pay with a credit card, or cash, if the dental plan wouldn't work! It says a lot when the person on the entrance desk is that willing to work with a new client and their personal situation. On that I will give the Burton Dental Care Office a 4. It would be a 5 but we haven't actually even been there yet. It will be soon, thanks to Robin.
