Promised to represent me and lied, just took my money! I paid them 25,000 dollars and they stole my money! After 3 years never set a foot in a courtroom. Quit on me when I finally had a nervous breakdown and took an overdose of pills (I spent a week in ICU then locked up in the looney bin) because my divorce was being drug through the mud for 2 years. In the meantime my ex was having enormous lifestyle parties and living it up in the house that we bought together. My attorney Even had the nerve to call me a gold digger. When I worked my ass off the whole time I was married to my ex!!! Not to mention that my ex mentally abused me and my young son the whole time we were married 13 1/2 years!! My so called attorney Never did a thing for me, just took my money. I got screwed! And finally a year later after I was hospitalized twice for a breakdown and suicide attempt, my divorce was finalized while I was heavily medicated and under the care of a doctor. She quit on me (Vera Lynn Duke attorney at law)! I could have gotten better representation from a court appointed defense attorney defending me on death row!! I met for a phone meeting yesterday and was told that after a "deep dive" into my case, Mr. Noll decided NOT to represent me anymore. I was told that due to statute of limitations I now had until October to find other representation if I still wanted to pursue my case because they filed a lawsuit on my behalf 11/2025! Yesterday, 6/10/26, was the absolute first time hearing about this, that they filed with the courts 7 months ago and I was never notified, no call, no email, nothing. They put zero effort into my case since day one telling me yesterday that it was due to several staffing changes recently. If they treat their staff like they do their clients, I get it.
