My husband went back up there to pick up the last two after asking them to fill them again.... Again... one was ready.. we had to ask for the last one and they wanted to give me flack stating "ma'am we are about to close" and "we don't have ur insurance" (after just picking up meds using insurance the week prior). Then she says "you can use the GoodRx price". I finally just gave in and said "fill the dang things I don't care what it costs I have been without meds for two weeks". Twice this week I was in a short line and a issue with the customers phone coupon and even though three people ended up working on the issue they didn't seem to have a clue how to resolve the problem. The second time was a weather related problem with the thank you card discounts. There is a gentleman named Henry that I have watched for a couple of years and he should be the manager of this store. His energy level and his intellect make him stand out. I've seen him be thoughtful and helpful for seniors and I can't imagine him letting a checkout line being stopped dead over a coupon or 5% discount.
