The loveliest people on earth! My daughter had her wedding in Dublin and I was fortunate enough to be able to order the flowers through these wonderful people. They helped me with my selection of garden roses and knew which ones were the best to use. When the flowers arrived they prepped them and kept them cool and protected until I picked them up. The flowers were perfect and the bouquets that we made were gorgeous. I worked with Tyann who was always available and oh so sweet. Because of her, the process of ordering and making our own floral arrangements was my dream come true as mother of the bride. James came in an took a picture of the print on the wall and woo-lah he creates this incredible "piece of art". My mother passed a few weeks ago and I was the one that made funeral and flower arrangements. I went to Scott's Flowers with no knowledge of what I wanted or needed. I spoke with James and he did an excellent job guiding me through the ordering process of flowers. I ordered 2 baskets and a splay for the casket. Not knowing what to expect, when I saw them at the funeral home the day of her service I was so impressed and thankful that the arrangements all turned out so beautiful and well done. Walked in with very little guidance on what I needed and they absolutely delivered. Every town should have a Scott's.

I called them for an arrangement for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We agreed on a short but abundant and fluffy arrangement with jewel tones but avoiding orange and no stargazer lilies... Or...I thought we did. I arrived to find a very small bouquet in all pale pinks and some orange tulips and yellow roses... I told her this was not what we discussed. She said, "you wanted it small." I said "no, I wanted it short and full." She changed out the pale pink gerbera daisies for a darker pink but the bouquet was completely lopsided. 6 yellow roses, 4 gerbera daisies, 3 small peaky clippings from a green hydrangea, 4 pale blue Iris stems (seriously, where do you find ugly irises?), 3 wilted pale pink flox stems, 6 orange tulips. and some cheap pale pink filler flowers... $150! I gave her an extra star for switching the daises, otherwise they'd get zero. I cried all the way home. Had to rearrange myself. The tulips were all on one side, the flox on the other. It is horrendous. Just ... No!!! I got better bouquets from Trader Joe's. read more

We moved our baby girl into Tarleton 2 weeks before her 18th birthday. I wanted to have flowers delivered to the campus, but not being from the area, had no clue where to start. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to my Aunt's Viewing since I was unable to make her funeral. What got delivered was sloppy, completely different shape, super cheap vase and barely resembled anything that I ordered. The side by side images are appalling! This was my goodbye to my Aunt - to have a "professional" shop delivery sub-par unprofessional work that I could have done myself is disgusting and frustrating. BUYER BEWARE! read more
