He arrived over 30 minutes late to our first scheduled appointment and almost an hour late to the second appointment. It's been a month and the locks need to be installed correctly. They are a fire harassed. Some are even installed upside down. The crazy thing about the guy is I wasted over an hour of my time waiting for him and then he wanted to charge me more than we agreed to before I asked him to return and do the work. I said I did not have an issue but wanted to see the work and asked him to call me back the day. While shopping around for someone to program a replacement key fob, I called Scott who told me that he wouldn't be available until 2 days later and gave me a quote. I told him I would be in touch if I elected to go with him. I decided to go with another locksmith because he could come out the same day and was cheaper. Turned out programming my key was a bit more complicated and took a bit more work to diagnose and fix. The next day Scott called me to attempt to solicit my business but I told him I had already selected a locksmith. He asked how much my guy charged. I refused to answer but the price was much better than the one he quoted. He continued to ask and ask and I continued to refuse. He then said that he had an idea who it was and that I should be careful because the person he mentioned "was struggling for business and that's why the price was so low". Needless to say, I ended the call. I paid the locksmith I selected Scott's price with a little more. I've called Scott's twice in the last 12 months and both times I was 100% satisfied with the service. He always answers the phone and is always ready with a solution. The first time I called, I had a key that apparently had stripped teeth. Any other locksmith would have taken advantage and sold me a new ignition because I was sure that was the solution. Instead, Scott gave me the most cost effective solution which was to replace the key. I didn't realize this was possible to do without having a working original. Thanks to Scott's honesty, I saved a chunk of cash and had a new key within minutes. The second time I called, it was for an older and more difficult vehicle. Again, Scott advised me that he could replace the ignition if I want it done immediately, or if I wait a couple days, he'd have an option that would cost $80 instead of $300.
