Went to Smitty's Marshall and gave my card to the clerk for a $25.00 car wash. When I got my credit…read morecard statement a couple of weeks later, I had the $25.00 charge and three days later, an unauthorized charge for $39.00. I was no where near Marshall on that day, and did not authorize any additional charges.

Where do I begin...after weeks of conversation with the wife of the proprietor who I assumed was…read morehis office manager...Keunda..my family and I finally decided to do business with this family owned business. Now let me mention Keunda was very kind and informative (as far a I could decipher via messenger) regarding the products they provided and what would suit our family for this particular function...we decided on a 27ft blue red and yellow water slide for half the price (which her husband Damien was not happy about) from that point I referred all future calls and dealings to my Aunt the matriarch of the family. She begin having conversations with Damien and she was very impressed with his professionalism and pure integrity regarding what ended up being misquote on the price...he said he would honor it. Now fast forward to the week of event..Damien called my Aunt TWICE to verify the ETA for the inflatable which was agreed to be 8am on Thursday July 4th...this is where I RE ENTER the story.. I was given the task to meet "Damien" at the location at 8am for setup...I arrived at 7:30am...8am no inflatable no call no text...9am no inflatable no call no text...10am no inflatable no call no text....I messaged Keunda..no response right away...I then found the # in my messenger called "Damien" and was told they were running behind schedule...which I guess could not warrant a call to waiting clients...and that they should arrive in one hour...around 11:30a...well that time came and went with the same problem no inflatable no call no text..my Aunt was able to contact him by phone in which she gave him a tactful what for⁉...he apologized profusely and said they would be on the way from Henderson (we were at Elderville Community Ctr which is on the way HENDERSON)...needless to say they pass us by bc the GPS rerouted them and they ended up on Eastman Road...meanwhile my family was arriving with children super excited to see and play on this amazing water slide...well they finally pulled in around 3pm...YES AN 8am appt that I waited around for almost 8 hours‼...well ur not gonna believe this Damien was not among the setup team..it consisted of a 10yr old boy and 3 men of various ages not including the driver Jonathan...after rolling out the inflatable I immediately noticed THIS IS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED‼...so the driver pulls out his receipt book and points this what I have down and also they dnt carry a 27ft slide..blah blah blah...he calls Damien and of course he doesn't answer....what a surprise...So he called Damien's Mom..yes his Mom...smh...who authorized a $50 off discount or just cancel and move on...well my Aunt had an earlier text FROM DAMIEN that said she could pay upon PICKUP...well they said NOPE CANT DO THAT...even though she had the text confirming what was said between them...so instead of an actual WATER SLIDE they were offering a sort of inflatable SLIP N SLIDE...we asked where is the yellow red & blue one..."oh that was delivered this morning"...how convenient...smh...the kids are disappointed but it's this or nothing...so we decided to keep it after going back and forth for what seemed like forever...upon pickup there was a different driver..the 10 yr old and 2 other guys who practically needed help to roll the inflatable onto the truck...my cousin had to get his boys out the truck to help them load it..they somehow managed before they could...my opinion is bc his wife gave such a generous discount on that red yellow & blue 24ft (turns out they never had a 27ft at all) he placed it with someone that would actually pay full price and throw us a bone bc of her mistake...the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS A FARCE and felt like something out of a sitcom....would I recommend 903 SERVICES?....ABSOLUTELY NOT!....completely unprofessional...it's true u get what u pay for but we NEVER asked for a deal...she offered it and we paid dearly for it! Take ur business elsewhere bc this team is NOT READY!
