Instead, a dirty white limo showed up - this was an evening out, not a wedding, and at the very least the limo should have been clean and updated. The driver dropped us off across the street from the hotel and made us carry all our bags across the street. On the return trip, the driver again was contracted out and while he picked up on the right side of the street in the right vehicle, he needed me to provide him step by step by step instructions to my house so i couldn't even enjoy the ride home, since i was yelling the directions across the entire limo and over the voices of my daughter and her friends. The service may be fine for business trips, but it you're booking a special event that you want to build lasting memories around, go elsewhere.

On my last trip, the "collector" (the guy standing out at the curb saying "you want cab?" "you want cab?" directed me to one of his vehicles. As I was approaching the vehicle, I reconfirmed, asking him if it was the same fare as the cab. Yes, Yes was his answer. I get to the hotel and the driver charges me 60 dollars - while the normal cab (and other personal vehicle rides) is 35-40. I had to get to work, so hopefully I may hear from them on the outrageous fare.

Unfortunately I was in a terrible accident a week before the wedding and had to reschedule to a later date. They never answered their phones, emails, or called me back. I basically called countless times and left countless messages + emails before hearing back from them. Every time I heard from them (after repeatedly providing our confirmation number) they would ask me what the date we needed the vans for was, how many we needed, etc. as if they're hearing this for the first time. Craig was talking to me about CHRISTMAS in APRIL. And how they're still trying to get back to the swing of things from the holidays. They said they weren't sure they could find us drivers for our wedding and agreed to issue us a refund. So we asked to proceed with the refund, and didn't hear back from them. A month before our wedding they said they found us drivers, for less vans that would cost us over $1,000 more than our original contract stated. We said no thank you, we would like our refund. Ken hangs up on me. Never heard from them again. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable, professional company to work with for your event.
