Services provided by the Limo Lady (Joanna) were absolutely PERFECT! We booked rather last minute for our daughter's wedding. Limo Lady was very professional and accommodating and demonstrated attention to every detail to make our experience very positive, with a personal touch. Of note, Joanna went out of her way to assist one of our elderly guests, in a wheelchair, into the church. He wasn't even someone she carried in the limo! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Limo Lady. They were incredibly thorough and helpful ahead of time and clearly explained the answers to all my questions. The price was definitely lower than other comparable limos, and the day of was nothing short of spectacular. The driver was trained to make sure we had everything we needed for the big day before we left and had some great ideas we wouldn't have thought of. And the car was brand new and gorgeous! On top of everything it really felt like you were dealing with a smaller, boutique sort of business that was really personalized. I had a great experience with The Limo Lady! I hired them for my wedding, mostly due to the pricing and rave reviews I'd found online. So glad I did! My driver, Gene, was on time for all his stops--early, even. In fact, when he arrived a bit too early at the church to drop off my husband, he drove around the neighborhood for a bit to kill some time. When he arrived to pick me up, I wasn't quite ready, but he waited patiently for me. He never made me feel rushed. It was pouring rain, but he still helped carry my train and held an umbrella for me. He was very sweet and kept my nerves calm! The limo itself was a gorgeous white limo with room for about nine or ten occupants. We were given sparkling cider in champagne glasses and had control of the lights/radio. It was a smooth ride. After all was done, The Limo Lady gave us a cute gift basket and picture frame to congratulate us. I reached out to Joanna in August about a surprise that I was planning for my Sister in September. She was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Any time that I reached out to her she replied right away and was so helpful to me throughout the entire processes. I live out of state and it was wonderful to have Joanna there to share her insight and to help me with the surprise. The documents to secure the limo were clear and easy to read and she was more than reasonable with the pricing. As soon as our flight was in signal range we already had a text from our driver who was waiting for us right outside of the airport. He was kind, professional and had a great personality. He was easy to talk to and he took excellent care of us. My sister had no idea that we were in town and we shared our "plan" with the driver. He joined right along in the surprise when we picked my sister up and it worked out even better than we expected. The limo was in pristine condition and the entire ride was very smooth. I was recently a part of a bachelorette party, and Anthony, our driver at the Limo Lady, was wonderful. He was a very safe driver, and he was courteous and patient -- in spite of being the guy driving around a bunch of girls at a bachelorette party (which I have to imagine is one of the less desireable gigs one can have as a limo driver). The car was clean and beautiful, with plenty of room in the trunk. Great car, great service, great driver. Highly recommended if you need to get around in the greater Baltimore area. read more

AWESOME! Our driver, Gene, was the best! He arrived early and positioned the car for some great senior prom pictures. When the rain started, he stood outside with an umbrella and kept our kids dry. He let them listen to their music while they sipped water from champagne glasses. The limo was clean and shiny.
