She has a great dental-chair manner and her hygienists are very kind and competent. Her office has a nice atmosphere (and is very child friendfly) and parking is easily available in the front. The receptionist Lyn, was really nice and helpful mentioning all the services they offer on site and a bit of the history of the place. She mentioned that they had just had a couple cancel and could get the both of us in in 20 minutes. She was not pushy at all and we took her up on it. Signing the paperwork was a breeze and we were both whisked away. I had Samantha who was a doll and made me feel at ease. I'm not to overly fond of dentists. And hubby had Melissa who was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We are both so happy that fate made us walk in. The facility is amazing and the staff are exceptional. Highly recommended.

At the start of my Master's program, I was new to Guelph and did not have any connections to dental practices in the area. I was looking for a clinic that would allow me to shadow the dental professionals to learn more about the dentistry and prepare myself for my future career. Harvard Rd Dental Care welcomed me with open arms! After shadowing in this dental practice for almost 40 hours, I can say that Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Abdalla are true professionals. They spend time with each patient and ensure that the patient understands their own oral health. They talk through all of the possible treatment plans so that patients can have the autonomy to choose what works best for them. The doctors take photos before and after each procedure to show the patient what was accomplished, and ensure that the patient is happy with the outcome. Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Abdalla evidently care about each patient that enters their practice, and their welcoming personalities help patients feel comfortable. The rest of the team at Harvard Rd Dental shows just as much kindness and care for their patients as the dentists do! Deb, Kori, and Jess are great to talk to, but more importantly, excellent dental professionals! Not only are they extremely thorough and efficient in their work, but they also go above and beyond when accommodating for older adults and children. My time at Harvard Rd Dental Care was extremely valuable. All of the staff were patient and answered my questions in detail. Moreover, they were never on time for the schedule each time I was going. Later then, in one of my appointments for one of my teeth, I waited half an hour more till he came to see me, and after he gave anesthesia to my tooth, I waited again for like 45 minutes; that was ridiculous because my appointment was at 12 pm and took 2 hours more till he did work on one of my tooth for 5 minutes lmao just 5 minutes he took to do it lmao and waited like couple hours! His assistant also knew that it is not fair to wait that very long, and I asked her where Dr. Hussine was and when he would come back, and she was saying I do not know and sorry about your waiting. And today Dr, Houssine called and told us he could not continue with us and go somewhere else because my teeth have so much work to be done, and he can not do it; what does that mean? are you leaving your customer in the middle of the road? After misleading us with the affordable money you suggested initially and after a while starting to charge us extra. After 2 days of filling my teeth got more sensitive teeth, pain-actually it was overfilled with uneven surfaces. I went again to see the Dr. Hussein and he did bite adjustment and suggest me to come again after a month. Again the pain and sensitiveness were there , went back again after a month, he gave me 2 minutes and said all good. Then I decided to have another opinion and the other dentist fixed my fillings and removed that annoying uneven surface-all waste of money and time.
