They have kept my mower hostage for months and say they will need several more months to fix it. They never call me when they have problems, they just wait for me to call them after the last estimate of when it should have been fixed and only then tell me what new problem they are having that prevents them from fixing it. No excuse. There are tons of mower repair places. Find a different one. read more

I bought a brand new $2,000 riding lawnmower from Scottys in May. Since then It has broken down and been sent to repair twice. They say there is a factory defect with all of their mowers that causes them to throw the belt or brake the belt. They said that all of their mowers are having this problem and they are so overwhelmed with repairs that they cant get the replacement parts they need. When you have to get something repaired by Scottys they take forever to pick it up and they take forever to bring it back. The second time it went it to be repaired they sent it back without even touching it saying they couldn't get the parts needed to repair it. So in the 3 months I have had this mower, it has been in the shop for an entire month and it still isnt working. If I could could go back, I would buy from anyone except Scottys. I greatly regret buying from them and will never buy from them again. They wont trade the lawnmower if for a new one, they wont give me my money back, and even though it is under warranty they will not or cannot repair it. I made a BIG MISTAKE going to Scotty's. read more

Went to pick up a firearm that I ordered through RKGuns. The person in that dept said it was there so I went the next day to pick it up. The three young guys there in that dept seemed much more interested in looking at some new pistols that they got in than dealing with my issue. It was like I was a bother. I won't go over the whole ordeal, but I wound up having to go home and come back again in an attempt to get my firearm. When I got there for the second time, the three stooges were attempting to open the safe that my gun was being kept in. They never did, at least while I was there. Again, they had absolutely no interest in me or my issue. Now I still don't have my gun and will have to go back a THIRD time if I wish to retrieve it. If I ever decide to go back there to get my firearm that I have already paid for, it will be the last time I go back.
