This company came out to do repairs on my balcony and clean, seal and grout the pavers in my courtyard. There are question marks remaining as to the structural integrity of the balcony and they refuse to certify and guarantee the works they performed despite numerous requests.
They have ruined the pavers in my courtyard by putting down seal whilst raining and walking their muddy shoes all over the surface. The mud is now permanently sealed in. Despite performing remedial works, including stripping back the sealer to remove the mud, they remain blemished. They have now given up on trying to remove the damage caused and refuse to reimburse money.
These guys use unskilled workers who need constant supervision. They refuse to be held accountable for the mistakes they made. Most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. read more
