this is a "-100" stars case if there is such a scale! stupid me, yes, placed an order with a company i'm not familiar with; fell right into the scam!!! placed an order, received an email confirmation on the same day, but two weeks went by and never saw my stuff. i bought things from other merchants after this order was placed, and even those had arrived. so then i sent this place an email to inquire about my shipment; no response for another week. then suddenly it dawned on me to google the place; only to find over 100 complaints already filed at the BBB, plenty more in FTC, IC3, etc. there's a Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/ScrapbookNeeds) that keeps track of what has been done and how many people have fallen victim, along with other info/link that you may find useful shall you become one of us. the general story line is that people paid money and never got their products; some received a few things here and there but never the full shipment. people also emailed the merchant and hardly received a response; those who did were met with lame excuses and lies. local, state, and federal-level law enforcement are catching on with this case. sad truth is even if they crack this one down, the scammers can easily start another phantom site/company just like this one and the last one (Crop Shop), which they allegedly owned previous to this one. good luck to all of you. lesson learned: never give money to an unreliable site/person, and also run a quick background check. make use of google search--it's a godsend!! obviously i'm disputing this charge w/my cc company and will be filing a bunch of complaints w/the aforementioned entities! also just sent an email to them explicitly telling them to cancel my order and do not attempt to send anything to me including lame responses. :) read more

DO NOT shop here!!!!!! I ordered a stamp on November 9 and my debit card was charged shortly after and it is now December 16 and I have yet to receive my stamp. I have called and called with no answer and finally got an email response back today basically saying "Oh, sorry, we still haven't shipped it." I have to completely re-do my Christmas gifts... NEVER AGAIN! Order over 2 weeks ago and never received a shipment confirmation nor my order. Therefore, I wrote an email 3 days ago and never received a reply. After writing another email demanding a response, I investigated the company online and found a site named Merchant Circle where they received many bad reviews for responding to customers only after receiving 5 emails and ship orders months later. Now I have to dispute these charges with my credit card company and go elsewhere to order. What a waste of 2 weeks patiently waiting while my customers are waiting for their packaging. Buyers beware. I should have check the BBB and yelp, I've learned. Ordered on 12-7-11, have not received anything. My email went unanswered, their phones shut off. Finally get a message saying they hadn't received my emails on 12-22-11 and what did I need? Told them my order, its a Christmas gift. No answer until the 12-26-11. They were "sorry" my order didn't get there for Christmas, did I want to order anything else or cancel the order. Apparently they didn't have what I ordered in stock, since they weren't sending it. I, too, have had a bad experience with this website. I placed an order for $33.38 on July 21st for crafting merchandise. I used a credit card and they gave them the money on July 22nd. Every since I've been getting an email after I first email inquiring about my order, sorry for the inconvenience, but working on it. You cannot reach them by the phone number on the website and emails are very slow in coming after you inquire about your order. Wish I had Googled them before I ordered. The BBB of Pennsylvania has complaints about this company and wish I'd seen the Yelp reviews. Bottom line, it's now August 22nd and I've been unable to resolve this with the lady that emails for this company. Thankfully, I used my credit card and it's in dispute at this time. Sad to say that I, too, had a similar and downright terrible experience with this website. I ordered $76 worth of merchandise weeks before my wedding. It took multiple angry voicemail messages and e-mails to get any response and when I did, the owner (John) was apathetic at best. In the meantime, I opened a claim with PayPal for the items not received. Needless to say, the order was finally received--nearly a month later--and was largely incomplete with over half the items missing. The seller advised I had to close my dispute with PayPal before they could issue me a refund. HUGE MISTAKE! Unfortunately PayPal will not reopen a case once it's been closed, and now (3+ months later) I can't get any response from scrapbookneeds.com and an unable to retrieve the $38 refund for the merchandise I never received. The phone lines are always "busy", and I can't get a response via e-mail. Net net...this savvy internet shopper was "had" by scrapbookneeds.com. Scrapbook needs never replied to emails requesting order status and phone number disconnected. I have reported to PA BBB and reported to Secure network solutions. What a scam! read more

Unprofessional and inept. One star is far to generous, but I am not allowed to rate less than one star. I ordered stickers on November 30, 2011. Of course, they immediately debited my credit card. Two weeks later, no stickers and no correspondence as to where they were. Needless to say, I was unable to make my Christmas Cards. I emailed them about my disappointment with their company and on December 16, 2011, they promised me a refund in writing via email. Today is January 18, 2012. After numerous phone calls and emails I did receive a response back that they would be sending my order. I did not receive it - then they said they were not able to receive the merchandise - it was discontinued. Said that I could pick out something to replace it.
