Je n'ai même pas pu la fermer l'éclair qu'elle me disait déjà qu'elle n'irait pas et elle me l'a enlevé immédiatement, convaincu que j'étais un S, mais il ne restait plus rien de la veste que je voulais. Même si je fais du S, j'essaie parfois du XS ou du M s'ils en ont, mais elle était bien trop insistante et essayait de me vendre des autre vestes, aucune ne me plaisait. Elle a même osé dire à ma mère qu'elle avait " toujours un problème avec les jeunes ", sous-entendant que c'était moi le problème pour être trop " difficile " et que " mon magasin a des vestes, ce n'est pas qu'on n'a pas ". Même si j'avais vu une jolie veste, j'étais très découragée d'acheter quoi que ce soit. Je suis venu pour acheter une veste, pas pour me faire agresser. Et je vois que je ne suis pas le seul à avoir eu une mauvaise expérience avec elle en particulier. Je n'ai jamais rien vu de pareil dans un putain de magasin. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans ce magasin à moins de savoir qu'elle a été licenciée. Si je pouvais donner des étoiles négatives, je le ferais. The shopping site says returns accepted within 30 days, but if you read the fine print it says that promotional items are not eligible for refund (all their items are always on some sort of promo) 2) Their coats have logos which are not pictured on their website. I ordered 2 coats, the Aliciya, I got sent another coat and the Kylie which came not as picture on the website. Aside from that the coat was not the right size and seemed to have been used smelling of cigarette smoke and stained. The ribbed detailing and fur were not as pictured on their site or described. I emailed, no response, submitted a return request on Shopify, no response, I emailed again no response, not until I said that I was filing a claim with Amex did someone call me. Only to repeatedly tell me it was not their policy to provide refunds for promotional items even if the items they sent were not the correct items and gave the excuse it was their busy season. I have now wasted hours arguing and documenting evidence to share with Amex and Cuir Dimitri. I spent over $1000 to receive the service of a thrift shop. Do not make online purchases from this store.

I really felt uncomfortable because the manager was acting very unprofessionally by yelling at her employees in front of clients! The store was busy, literally packed with customers, and the computers were malfunctioning. I get it, the situation was undoubtedly super stressful for the manager, but yelling at your employees to get back on the floor, or grabbing things out of their hands in a violent way is no way to manage a store. Then she would turn and smile at the clients when a few seconds earlier she was very rude to her colleagues. You know when you're at your friends house and your friend gets in trouble with their parents? And you just stand there awkwardly hoping it will end soon? That's exactly how I felt. I have my bill to prove where I bought it but they don't seem to know their own inventory. I'm very disappointed by the way this was handled but I'm grateful one employee helped me.
