My first visit to Fossil was to buy a gift for my husband. I was served immediately by a young man who was very nice and so helpful that it took me less than 10 mins to find what I wanted.
Up until that point, I was happy with my experience... Then I got to the cash. I really felt uncomfortable because the manager was acting very unprofessionally by yelling at her employees in front of clients!
The store was busy, literally packed with customers, and the computers were malfunctioning. I get it, the situation was undoubtedly super stressful for the manager, but yelling at your employees to get back on the floor, or grabbing things out of their hands in a violent way is no way to manage a store. Then she would turn and smile at the clients when a few seconds earlier she was very rude to her colleagues.
You know when you're at your friends house and your friend gets in trouble with their parents? And you just stand there awkwardly hoping it will end soon? That's exactly how I felt. Work on your customer service, girl. read more
