Because of the current situation they didn't think they could get the battery before Friday. I went to the store and they helped me find a wall charger, tested it on my phone and I'm now up and running again. Two professional, compassionate young men who are there to serve.

My husband lost his A T & T phone on the street. He went his own company who could not locate it…read more He had an old phone he switched to until he could find his iphone 13. AT &T were of no help. They sent him to Geek Squad and they said they could not help but charged him $40. This am, he went to the Verizon store and while they are not his phone carrier, they pinged hi phone number and he was able to locate it. They did not charge him a penny. I have Verizon. Never had one problem with them. The two girls today found the address where his phone was and he picked it up. Thank you to the two ladies who assisted. We are so appreciative. He will be making a change as soon as his phone is paid for and coming to Verizon. Thank you so very much!

How much do you think someone should charge per hour to fix your computer? $15 per hour? Too low,…read moreright? $60 per hour, that seems a bit high. $35-45 per hour seems like a very reasonable range. Yet Computer Logic charges $85 per hour! That's downright insane. Keep in mind, we have used them in the past, and they do a decent job. However, given the absolutely ludicrous hourly fee, we have decided to never go back again.
