Customer service reps who are too embarrassed to give their names. Fax and copy machine breaks down and takes days to repair. Wrong supplies are sent. Reps lie constantly. She was able to print the same or greater dimensions than any other companies we called in the New York City/Long Island area. She was able to print more colors than any of the other designers we contacted. JoAnna was able to jump on Zoom calls with our team on short notice and asked very relevant questions. The finished product was fabulous. She had joined components where we requested and left components unjoined where, due to shipping limitations, we planned to assemble on site. I went here because I got a groupon deal for a print screening class. I really didn't know what I…read morewas in for. The class turned out to be awesome. In fact, my friend and I left wondering when we can go back. I would highly recommend the t-shirt party. It was a surprising amount of fun. And, from what I understand, they are doing them more and more. My class was at 630pm, so working around it was easy. My group was maybe a dozen people and they had two guys running the class (plus one printscreening-pro helper.) You're put in the back workshop surrounded by cool equipment and ink is everywhere: the atmosphere has just the right vibe and, first time or not, you feel like you belong there as a print-screener (until you get inky fingerprints on your t-shirt and cry out for help to fix it - which they are pretty damn good at). As for the guys running it, they were awesome. They were nice to everyone, answered all our questions, and were willing to help us out with anything we needed (like the ink spots). They treated us like we were all just hanging out and they gave us a pretty long leash to try what we wanted. They also played some awesome music for us! The only thing I regret is I entered the class too late and didn't get to submit my own design. (I can only blame myself for that mistake.) Watching people claim their designs was awesome. They set everything up for you and all you have to do is choose an ink color. I really didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. You really should try it just once, especially if you are a t-shirt-oholic. We also had someone making shirts for a charity bike ride (clever). Just . . .make sure you wear junky clothes!

We are also a hub station for designers looking to start their own brand. Why pay a screen printer (like us) to print your garments, when you can rent our presses out daily for $150. This allows designers to sample their work, try different processes and really dial in what their line is about. This is a new venture for us and seems to be catching on rather quickly. While educating and renting out our presses, we are also a full service print shop. Printing 1-6 color, 4 color process, simulated process, vinyl and foil. Our prices are fair since we bring in revenue by other means than printing ourselves, in fold we simply want to have satisfied clients!
