I've called before coming into the store, and they've told me they can take my project. The first two times I visited the store, I was told to come back on different occasions for the project. The third time I got to the store, the embroider was in, but he told me he couldn't do my bag after all. They advertise that they are an LL Bean supplier but won't embroider LL Bean bags.
