They answered all my questions over the phone and provided all the estimates. The job took all day, they detailed my vehicle, Clayed bared it and did the 3M protection wrap! Jeff and his team installed a well pump and control unit. They checked out all of my zones (which hadn't been used in several years) to make sure we only replaced what needed to be replaced. He and his team were very thorough and made the process as economical as they could. Since I was working with him and a landscaper at the same time, Jeff also installed a new zone to reach new plants and recommended a below ground irrigation "tree" setup, vice the ugly above ground one I had to weedeat around. I have had to make a few additional calls to Jeff for maintenance and he is always prompt in his responses and service calls both. His prices are also very reasonable.

Miracle Movers were hired to move a few large pieces of furniture out of this home to a condo in Titusville that they had purchased. Miracle Movers had difficulty in moving the couches through the front door and damaged the thin steel foam core door as in denting and scraping the outside of the door (see photo). My brother and his wife pointed out to the movers what they did to the entrance door and they acknowledged it. My brother sent pictures of the damage to the door immediately to myself and a person I assume, that runs the company. We'll call him Kelly. "Kelly" texted me today and stated; that no way did his movers do this kind of damage to my entrance door and is completely denying that his company was involved. He also stated that this was old previous damage. I find "Miracle Movers" in Cocoa Florida, to not be a trustworthy company so beware of your choice of movers that you hire!

Earlier this year while out of town on business I was informed by phone that there had been a…read morerather unpleasant occurrence within my residence and suffice to say there would need to be major cleaning done. Making the task more difficult was the fact that my extended family was also out of the country and nobody had access to the residence save one friend with a key who couldn't be there to supervise the work. I called ServPro of Central Brevard since I knew they specialized in the type of cleanup I needed done and was connected with the owner, Raymond, who wound up being a comforting and helpful individual to deal with my issue. Ray took it upon himself to meet my friend at work who had the keys to my residence, after which he meticulously documented the scene in my house with digital photographs that he emailed me and then discussed via phone. He then prepared a rather reasonably priced estimate for the work to be done, and he ensured the work was done in a timely manner. I was able to accomplish this all from out of state due to the great communication from Ray and his staff, and when I was able to eventually get back and survey the work they had done I was satisfied with the great job.
