This company was recommended to me for the restoration of my irrigation system from another well driller (they only do well drilling). Jeff and his team installed a well pump and control unit. They checked out all of my zones (which hadn't been used in several years) to make sure we only replaced what needed to be replaced. He and his team were very thorough and made the process as economical as they could. Since I was working with him and a landscaper at the same time, Jeff also installed a new zone to reach new plants and recommended a below ground irrigation "tree" setup, vice the ugly above ground one I had to weedeat around. I have had to make a few additional calls to Jeff for maintenance and he is always prompt in his responses and service calls both. His prices are also very reasonable. read more

Great customer service. Jeff and his crew installed my irrigation system 4 years ago. I needed the sprinkler heads adjusted to accommodate my landscaping. Within a couple of days of me requesting the adjustment service, Jeff and a tech arrived and adjusted my sprinklers . I am always getting compliments on my yard and landscaping. I recently had an aerobic septic system installed on my property. During the installation, most of the irrigation piping was destroyed. I called the owner of Advanced Irrigation & Well Drilling to give me an estimate to restore our irrigation system. He came out the next day and estimated the time to repair was around five to eight hours. We agreed on an hourly rate and he arrived within two days and fully restored my irrigation. It works great and the entire job was completed in six hours. I can highly recommend this company. read more

I can't rate this company low enough to warn anyone who is thinking of using them. They came to my residence to fix my irrigation system. The gentleman destroyed all my connections and could not figure out what the issue was. I, being the homeowner had to show and explain what the next course of action should be. He came out two times and each time he did not have the proper equipment. Needless to say, I had to pay him for a job not completed and something I already had diagnosed. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate at the time they wanted and they were a no-show. Then, they did not return my calls to try and reschedule. If their sales agent is this unresponsive, I dread to think how their service would be once they got the job. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because in fairness, I don't really know their prices or the quality of their work. But, I am getting fed up with how difficult it is to get quotes and how they disregard my time. read more
