He helped me order the door, brought it to my house and hauled the old one away. When he took off the old door, the entire base of the frame was rotted and literally crumbled. He ran to Menards, got the pieces needed and rebuilt the whole frame/threshold. It is solid! He even noticed a warped board on my deck and replaced that. I wanted to leave a review about how a company responds when things don't go exactly as expected…read more Excel Window Solutions came out to replace all the glass in my four sliding glass doors. When they finished, the doors looked great, but I found the alarm system did not work on one of the doors. I discovered the contactor and wire had been pinched off when the door frame was reinstalled. I called the alarm company who told me only way to replace the contactor was to remove the door frame again and fish more wire down through the top. Excel came back out and with great effort, fixed the problem. It's important to recognize when a company comes back to make things right when an issue arises. Excel did exactly that.
