Thoughtful and very considerate about the interruption brought on by their time making renovations to our home while converting our powder room into a full bathroom and modifying our office into a mini master bedroom. Mateo spent a lot of time going over details with me to ensure it was rebuilt with extra gates and safety options for my family (especially my special needs grandson). They also rebuilt the ramp and handrails to an existing pool shed. Mateo was available for all my questions - was on site to ensure everything was being done correctly. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage
