Our kitchen was almost 25 years old, and it was clearly time for a complete renovation. We had a couple of meetings with Koral and Dvir in our condominium, and we quickly decided on the design, materials, and cost. KDO estimated it would take about 6-8 weeks to complete. My lovely bride and I moved into an Airbnb during the entire project and we communicated with Dvir on a daily basis. KDO finished the project in 7 weeks. These guys did an amazing job. I had a basement flood, lost some cabinets. This gave the opportunity for me to do something more inline with what I needed, a craft room cabinet set which allowed for a place to work as well as store everything. They were willing and able to reuse the cabinet top, which was a table from the previous cabinets and augment that with new cabinets on the sides which are very functional and beautiful. The work quality is fantastic as is the product. They really went above and beyond. They put the entire setup into CAD on the same day so I could get a visual. When issues came up (which will always happen on any house project), they were there to provide expert advise on what would look the best while maintaining the integrity of the cabinets. read more

Requested a quote from KDO for our bathroom and potentially our kitchen based on the reviews. They were responsive and came right away. Unfortunately once the guy started talking it was a serious let down. He was very forceful and almost rude during the meeting. He basically let us know that to do the work it would be 22-25k minimum and he was very insistent that if that wasn't our budget the job would be impossible. He even went as far to say that ppl "talk big talk" about what they can afford and can't back it up. I get they're a business and probably high end, but it was clear that he was arrogant and didn't want to do the work for us. Our bathroom isn't even a huge. space. The lady seemed pleasant but this guy was rude. Update: I was bombarded with phone calls and harassed by this company to take down my review. I leave reviews that are warranted based upon the services that I receive AND how im treated as a potential customer. I advised him that I needed to end the call as I was at work when I realized his sole purpose was to get me to edit my review. I did not hang up. Read his response and see if you want someone like this working in your home. I don't mind paying for good work and the budget we gave was to see how amenable they were to working within a customer's budget. Hint: they were NOT. We also knew we had a few projects lined up totalling over 100k and wanted a solid company to work with. Truth is, they probably didn't think we could pay and were flushing us out.
