My sister made a reservation for Maxie and the mobile van showed up to pamper and clip the shaggy dog. The young lady, Olivia, arrived on time. Not knowing what to expect, I asked Olivia to let me know what she will be doing. Maxie will get a bath, full body haircut, nails trimmed, and hair between the paws trimmed. I walked Maxie to the mobile van and went back inside my house. Two hours later the doorbell rings and a groomed Maxie is waiting to come inside. Maxie looked and smelled great. If you are in need of a groomer, I recommend their services.

She promptly replied and helped meet my schedule by accomodating a same day appoinment. Upon arriving both me and my pup received a warm welcome. Erin and the groomer listened to special needs (sensitive skin, etc.) and modified the services and products. I was provided a time estimate and notified I would receive a text message when the services were complete. Upon pickup, my dog looked (and smelled) great (and even had a bow on)! And, most importantly, she was clearly happy and well treated while in the care of Goin to the Dogs and Cats Pet Spa.
