We have been regular customers for years and adore Karen and her team. From bathing to boarding to day care, they do a great job. They give me peace of mind when I need to go out of town that my sweet old Jack will have fun and be safe. And those baths are the best! read more

I really should have done my homework this place is 2 Stars for a reason!! 1. Way overpriced and I should know I just moved here from the Northeast and never paid that much. 2. Took my Aussie in for bath and hair trim. Asked them to take a little off and shape him up. I still wanted him to look like an Aussie when I picked him up he was shaved completely down! I would have appreciated a phone call saying they had to but didn't get one. I'm pissed I did not want my dog shaved. Folks do your homework before taking your dogs here. read more

Customer service! I am 73 tracking on 74 and struggling with early stages of dementia. It sucks my friends I spend most of my time trying to find what I just had in my hand or what I was doing or where I was going', it is hard' on Dec 9 2024 I had a grooming appointment with scruffy to fluffy at 10am I was chasing my Lucy around , laid my keys down then I couldn't find them. I was getting in my car at 10am when they called and asked if I was keeping the appt and I said yes I am just a little behind, she said how far behind and I said 10 min am just down the street. She said they would have to CANCEL my appointment and reschedule ! I said "over 10 minutes"? You never even start on my Lucille until she has been there a half hour. I have been going there well over a year! I thought this was rude. What do you think ? read more

I wish I had looked at the reviews more closely before taking our sweet pup here. In just the short amount of time we were there for drop off and pick up, every dog we saw that left was shaved. They should rename this place Scruffy to Naked. This was then made significantly worse by the insane bill (nearly $250!) which included endless fees - all for a naked dog. I do not now or ever recommend this place and I hope the next person looking will pay attention to the many reviews like mine. read more

Scruffy to Fluffy is absolutely amazing. I've been taking my 3 babies to daycare here for the last 6 months and when we pull up they are SOOO excited. They love all of the girls there. The place is always so clean, and smells good. read more

I love Scruffy to Fluffy as much as my dog! They are the most happy, friendly and personal group of workers I have come across in the pet care business. My dog loves water and they don't disappoint. They recently rescheduled our appointment at the last minute. Unfortunately we forgot about the next appointment. When we called to reschedule we were told we would have to pay $20 for missing the appointment and pay upfront for the grooming. A simple telephone call when we were late for our appointment would have solved it. We may have been more understanding had this issue not occurred when they were the ones to cancel our initial appointment. We will just go back to our previous groomer. read more

I loved this grooming salon, they took the time to consult with me , and the salon was so cute with so many cute things to buy, i was however a little disappointed when i picked her up only to find that she was shaved all over so short on her back that i could see her skin , for $60 i would expect a much more thought out professional groom. I will express my concerns and try again, because it is such a cute business and hopefully i can request another groomer. read more

I recently had a terrible experience at Scruffy to Fluffy after over 4 years of satisfactory service. The manager is completely incompetent, rude, and hostile. It's worth noting that it seems like the owner goes through managers at a similar frequency to that of me changing my socks. The owner is very nice, however, she had no interest in making things right with a long term customer (myself) who has been bringing two dogs there since shortly after they opened. I've come to the conclusion that it's not worth the time, effort, or stress of explaining the whole story here.....it would be very long and very damaging to the business's reputation. My goal isn't to hurt her business beyond leaving this honest and accurate review, but I will never be back and I will make sure I prevent anyone I know from taking the risk of bringing their beloved animals here. Also, I'm not sure if this establishment doubles as a daycare, but there were kids everywhere the LAST time I was there.....which was the day after the event occured when I went in to speak to the manager about the condition my dog was in upon picking him up the day before. This visit resulted in having to take my dog to the veterinarian where he was diagnosed with confirmed injuries. I know that it is my word against theirs, but I also KNOW my dog was NOT injured when I brought him in, nor did he get injured on the 10 minute car ride home. He seemed off in the car, but once we got home and his adrenaline wore off, his pain really started to manifest in his behavior proven by his immobility. It's been almost a month, and he is still recovering. He's been on pain killers and muscle relaxers since we first took him to the vet at 8:00 in the morning after picking him up from Scruffy to Fluffy the previous afternoon. They are full of excuses, irrevelant alibis, and accusations.....all of which are completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I spent $130 on the grooming and $110 at the vet. All I wanted was for them to reimburse me for the vet bill which would not have been incurred had I not brought my dog to their establishment that day. The manager called me a liability, after being a loyal customer of almost 5 years, and told me I'm not welcome back..... as if I was going to come back. The owner refused to compensate me the $110 for the vet bill. There is a lot more to this story, but I am going to leave it at this. read more
