The classes are tough for my skill set but at the same time they don't judge you if your a beginner or never have taken barre, yoga or cardio classes. However, over the past two weeks, I've been able to hit the west palm beach, jupiter, and Palm beach gardens locations multiple times, and the instructors and front desk hostesses have been absolutely fantastic on every visit. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. A far cry from some of the less refined instructors I've had recently at various boot camp and kickboxing classes. The workout itself is heavy on core and lower half... Certainly very complementary to the more typical upper body focused exercises with other workouts. The instructors are great at staying positive and keeping a cheerful vibe. Danielle was especially motivating and genuine. If there is one complaint, it's that the instructors often suggest that we'll "get it" after several weeks of classes. I'd prefer a little more demonstration, as I noticed several other people besides myself not really figuring out what they should be doing with a particular move. But perhaps it's not that important... Everyone around me seemed to be burning calories and having a good time, so whatever Pure Barre is doing is working. Will I be back? Hard to say. Classes are a little pricey and, now that my trial period is over, it's hard to commit. Being the only guy in every one of my classes wasn't as horrible or embarrassing as I thought it might be.
