I worked closely with Mark, Jacob, Kellen, and Mike and all 4 were fantastic! Mark handled my estimate and explained the process of permitting, timelines, and costs in detail and was so patient with me. Once we were able to start building, Jacob took over the project as my project manager. Jacob is an absolute rockstar and is truly so good at what he does. He's knowledgeable, assertive, and detail oriented. I always felt he really cared what my concerns were and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with every detail. Jacob contacted all my vendors so he understood down to the hour when equipment was being dropped off and organized all of it! He literally managed by entire project, not just the construction like I assumed. They said no need. Then in following 2 days, the concrete ground started chipping off and cracking. I took pictures and requested them to come back and fixed it the same week. I even paid for the new concrete materials for them to do the make-up work. The end is I have sent text messages / calls every month from 11/2022 to 06/2023. They still haven't come back. Vazquez only uses top line materials so expect to pay a little more for the supplies.
