Had my blood drawn this morning at Optima Medical on Mesquite in Havasu, had an appointment and was…read morecalled in fairly quickly. The phlebotomist called my name at the door and that was as far as her verbal exchange went, except for the "That's it". She couldn't find my vein in my left arm after three tries and a big Oww! from me. Didn't even offer an "Im sorry" I suggested she use my right arm as that was the one that was used last visit. She found that one first try and put the cotton ball and elastic gauze on it and said "That's it." After which I held up my left arm with blood running down it that she didnt wrap after the first attempt at a draw. She then cleaned it up and wrapped it. That will be my last visit for my labs at Optima. It will be Labcorp in the future. Too bad, it would have been more convenient to have it done here.
